Title: Pushing Forward
Scripture: Philippians 3:13-14 (Cepher)
Noted Words: Masiach – the Annointed Messiah
Yahusha – the Messiah’s name the world changed to Jesus
Elohiym – the creator of heaven and earth (Yahuah)
Blog Scripture: …this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth to those things that are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the calling of Elohiym in Mashiach Yahusha.
Interpretation: To accomplish our purpose the one thing you should do is forget the things that are behind you or that have passed. Focus on the things that are in front of you; work hard toward the mark of the prize for those called by God in Yahusha (the Messiah’s name the world changed to Jesus) our Mashiach.
There is so much to be excited about here! This word is telling us that we should not focus on things that have passed but we should move forward to the things that are in our future. Not only should we move forward working towards the things in our future but we should most importantly work toward the prize Yahuah (God) has waiting for those that have been called.
HalleluYah!! It gets me so excited to know that Yahuah (God) has given us the grace to not be held to the line for our current circumstance but to be able to put those mistakes and circumstances behind us and move forward toward His blessings. Yahuah (God) always wants us to move toward our purpose!
In this life we can do some things and we can find ourselves in some difficult and dangerous situations. These things will cause us to have the mindset that Yahuah (God) doesn’t want anything to do with us, He doesn’t hear us, or He doesn’t see our circumstance. Philippians 3:13-14 gives us confirmation that Yahuah (God) has not condemned us to our circumstances but he has given us room to put those away and focus on what He has set for us. HalleluYah!!
I encourage you to hide this scripture in your heart, meditate on it, pray on it, and most certainly pull it out the arsenal to push forward when things seem unbearable.
